Ms Singh feels that Labour Legislation is current, dynamic and evolving, with every case bringing about new challenges and is indeed an area of the law that is never dull.

Ms Singh is a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA).  She has presented training courses across South Africa for the South African Payroll Association (SAPA) and has also acted as Part Time Commissioner for the CCMA, the National Bargaining Council for the Chemical Industry (NBCCI) and the South African Local Government Bargaining Council.

Ms Singh’s favourite quote is from the Scottish author, Frances Wright; “Equality is the soul of liberty; there is, in fact, no liberty without it.”
